Since January of 1991, The Intermountain Commercial Record/Salt Lake Times has provided the business, insurance, and legal community with civil case summaries in Utah District Courts and Utah Industrial Commission Orders. The Trial/Settlement reports are used for case evaluation, litigation, and settlement negotiation. These summaries are submitted by Utah's attorneys and researched at the court house. Summaries identify the attorneys, judge, case name if available, number, verdict or settlement, injury, and expert witnesses. Attorneys may submit trial or settlement reports using this form.
